Exhibitor

If you are keen to become an exhibitor, please send in your application and our Team will review it within 3 working days.

The cost of an exhibition booth depends on the booth type and location, and specific cost information will be sent to you once we receive your interest. The booth cost typically includes booth space, basic booth decoration and signage, electricity, and internet facilities.

Exhibitors can select customization options for booth decoration and equipment in the exhibitor application form. Once we have receive your information, we will proceed to send you a detailed customization plan and quotation.

Delegates

Registrations for the 2023 edition will open at least 2 months from the event date.

Delegateance is free for all trade visitors.

If you register at least 1 month before the show, you will receive your badge in the post.
If for some reason you did not receive it, kindly access your e-badge through the confirmation email to download and print the badge. This will allow you to skip the badge printing queue onsite to gain fast-entry into the halls.

You will need to register separately for all symposiums.

Sponsors

The sponsorship fee depends on the sponsorship level and benefits, and specific fee and benefits information will be sent to you once we receive your interest. Sponsorship benefits typically include brand exposure, advertising opportunities, sponsor logo display, media coverage, and other promotional benefits.

Extension activites such as lectures and networking sessions is included in the package. This includes all refreshments, lunches, and any additional activities as indicated in the package.

Payment options and instructions for the sponsorship fee will be provided upon successful sponsorship application.
